Adding another 1/2 cup oatmeal usually solves it. Also some brands of peanut butter can affect the results. Like making candy, it is all about the correct proportion of liquid to sugar. Yummo! They set up great. I think the trick is making sure you cook it long enough. I didn't start my 2 minutes till the butter was melted completely even though I had some bubbles already. They are very sweet but next time I will make them into "bites" rather than cookies. A great alternative to the chocolate no bakes I have made my whole life, love them both! Thanks for sharing!
